Our production
Metalogalva Prime Moldova is a modern manufacturing facility specialising in the fabrication and hot-dip galvanizing of steel structures for electrical networks.
Our production capabilities allow hot-dip galvanizing of structures up to 13 metres in length and 8 tonnes in weight, using resource-saving and environmentally safe technologies.
USD 8.5 million has been invested in the development of the facility, and approximately 300 jobs have been created.
The production complex is unique in its technological equipment and capacity. The hot-dip galvanizing line is equipped with machinery from Italian manufacturer BISOL, with a capacity of up to 45,000 tonnes per year.

Steel structure manufacturing
The facility carries out the full production cycle of steel structures of any complexity, including:
- structures for low-, medium- and high-voltage power lines (from 0.38 kV to 750 kV)
- intermediate, anchor, anchor-angle poles, portals and masts
- construction steel structures (trusses, columns, beams, bracing)
- guardrails, stairways and other metal products
