What affects the price of galvanizing?
Part weight and dimensions, metal thickness and batch volume. We quote from drawings or actual weight. Discounts apply on batches of one tonne or more.
What are the lead times?
Galvanizing takes 1-5 business days from arrival of metal at the plant. The exact lead time depends on line load and is confirmed when we quote.
Is there a minimum order?
We take both large batches for tenders and single pieces for private clients. Fences, stairs and canopies for private houses are galvanized with no minimum.
Do you galvanize long and heavy items?
Yes. Bath 13000 × 1600 × 3200 mm. We accept parts up to 13 m long and up to 8 t per piece.
What are the requirements for parts?
Open cavities, technological holes for zinc flow, clean surface without paint or oil. Full list in the «Product requirements» section.
What documents do you issue after galvanizing?
EN ISO 1461 conformity certificate with coating thickness measurements, handover report and invoice. On request: test report from our in-house lab.
