Production capabilities
The production base enables the manufacture of a wide range of structures for industrial, infrastructure and commercial construction, including building frames, trusses, columns, beams and spatial systems.
The technological lines handle steel structures up to 13 metres in length and individual element weights up to 8 tonnes, while galvanizing capacity reaches approximately 45,000 tonnes per year, enabling projects to be delivered on tight schedules without quality loss.
We deliver both standard solutions and custom projects taking into account technical requirements, design loads and operating conditions.
Production processes include high-precision cutting, bending, welding and assembly with geometry control and compliance with project documentation.
Technologies and quality
To ensure structural durability, hot-dip galvanizing is applied using high-purity zinc at approximately 450°C, guaranteeing a uniform protective layer and resistance to aggressive external influences.
Production is carried out within an integrated management system compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, EN 1090 EXC4, ISO 3834-2 and EN ISO 1461.
Products comply with European requirements and undergo quality control at all stages of production.
